Last call for valentines! Right now I'm making 12 and I kind of like the idea of a dozen valentines, but I sure wouldn't mind making more.

I told my dad about wanting to travel with my tax monies. He said I should try to visit Europe or go on a cruise. The problem with those things is that I will not have THAT many monies coming my way, plus those are the kinds of things you need to do with another person or several of them. If I go visit people, then I've automatically got folks with whom to do fun things. On the other hand, I have never been anywhere tropical and that needs rectifying, eventually. Hm.

My snacks today are two clementines and an avocado. Avocados are probably my favorite source of natural fat. With just a little salt, or maybe a dash of sesame ginger dressing. Talk about food porn! I could fantasize over that for hours.

I'm using mine to go to NYC and a few other east coast places. I've never been to the big apple.

True. I may or may not be able to swing through there. I need to sit down and really plan this trip out as soon as my tax return gets here.
