For my mom's birthday, my brother bought her the first season of House on DVD. It was $46.99, and totally a wise buy, because everyone under this roof is hooked. In fact, I'm just two episodes away from having watched all of the first season. My brother is sleeping in the living room to accomodate some visiting family in his room, so I'm taking my laptop and the 3rd disc to bed with me. Eee!

During this break, I:

- did no homework.
- saw Rent (GREAT!).
- became single again.*
- ate a lot of Japanese food.
- ate a lot of good food in general.
- hung out with a cousin I've only met once; he's so much like my brother.
- got my Monthly Car Issues fixed (this month, brake pads and some plastic thing hanging in the wheel well).
- watched at least 10 episodes of House.
- felt really okay about everything in my life.

(* No comments, doves, except nice ones. Travis is great and we'll still be friends.)

I'm still deciding where to crash THIS weekend after Bevin's party. And then I have to figure out where I'm staying after Pousse Cafe NEXT weekend.
