I'm just a regular Posty McPosterson today, hm?
Memo to Self: Update later about phone call from brother, and why I now think he is a Cub.
I think I'm going to go buy a bag of Peanut Butter M&M's before my exam. I have to write three essays, and frankly, I need a little motivation.
Speaking of the essays, we were given 8 possible prompts, and of those, 5 will be on the test. Of *those*, we have to write three. I'm feeling pretty confidant about considering Audre Lorde's "Coal" under the scope of three different schools of thought. Also, I picked a Marge Piercy poem in order to do the essay about "woman as reader" and "woman as writer," as well as Showalter's categories of feminine, feminist, and female. I could probably do a decent job with the prompt asking us to compare and contrast two views of the female experience. If any of those don't show up on the exam, my backups are prompts about Freud's dreamwork and Raymond Williams' three definitions of ideology.
Good god. Brains, don't fail me now.
