I love wrapping presents! I wish I weren't about to run out of presents to wrap. But new ones are arriving in the mail this week, so more wrapping joy for me! YAY!

Right now, my body is an interesting size. I can make it look like my couple of size 20 dresses still fit, but today I bought a skirt in a 16. I guess I'm an 18? That seems most accurate. I had a TIME, though, while at Old Navy earlier. I just wanted to see whether I could get into their XXLs, now that they only sell plus sizes on the net. In most things, an XXL was actually too baggy in places. But then I would try a size smaller, and it would fit better in most ways, but would be straining around my ribcage/tits (and I defintiely to not have huge tits). And if it did fit right, it was too long. Or just clung weirdly to parts of my body. And in a flannel-type shirt I really like, the XXL wouldn't even button. My guess is that this all has to do with the way that popular styles right now are supposed to be loose and flowy, and fitted only in certain places. Whatevs.

In review: I love wrapping presents and do not enjoy inconsistant sizing.

zomg. old navy sizing is ALL OVER the board! i've had to buy two sizes smaller for some items and two sizes larger for others! and the greatest layering items i've gotten from there come from the non-plus section, which is odd because i am SO VERY plus sized.

i'm sure you're smaller from what you're saying! but other stores will tell you better *how* smaller ;)

I always remember having that same problem at Old Navy. I think that's pretty much why I stopped shopping there.

Well, that's because you're a boy and boy clothes are pretty straight-forward. Girls' clothes are fancier and we have tits. And more curves, sometimes. But not always! Which is why it is harder to outfit girls.

i guess so. but you would think they would mess up the fit for all the clothes. anyways, last night i had a fever of 101.6 at its highest. im feeling better today, but still not great.
