Go Fuck Yourself
No, really, the theme would be masturbating. And it would be almost like a rent party, but instead of passing the hat to make rent, it would be taking up a collection for SEX TOYS for the birthday girl or boy. There would be a Masturbation Euphamism Contest and food that played off of common euphamisms. I'm coming up with at least one awful pun per minute that I think about this, and they are truly so bad that I can't even share them. You would groan. I suspect that such a party would totally end up with all the guests leaving in pairs to get it on with one another, or going home to get it on with themselves. AWESOME.
